Zener diodes KS191Zh are silicon, planar, low power. Designed to stabilize a rated voltage of 9.1 V in the range of stabilization currents 0.5...20 mA in measuring equipment, in amplifiers for level matching, in automation systems for powering low-power sensors, as well as for stabilizing pulse voltage and limiting pulse signals. Available in metal-glass cases with flexible leads. Zener diodes are marked with a conventional color code, which includes the color of the housing and the color of the annular strip on the side of the anode terminal: KS191Zh - gray housing, red stripe. The weight of the zener diode is no more than 0.3 g.
