Audio signal level converter with control

High quality 2-channel converter converting the loudspeaker signal into an RCA line signal. 2x50W / output2xRCA, smooth adjustment of the signal level. It allows connection of an external amplifier to a radio without RCA (CINCH) outputs. It has a noise filter and separates a DC component. It has a smooth adjustment of the output signal separately for each channel. REMOTE TURN ON / OFF output - circuit for switching on and off the external power amplifier. Designed for headunits up to 2x50W. 2 RCA outputs (left and right channel)

Wiring diagram:

• "L OUTPUT R" - RCA signal outputs for the left (L) and right (R) channels connected to the RCA inputs of the amplifier
• "REMOTE" (power supply and Remote output to control the amplifier)
• (GROUND) - black wire - power supply (-12V) - connect to the power supply of the radio, amplifier or vehicle body
• (12V) - yellow wire - power supply (+ 12V) - connect eg to the power cord of the radio or amplifier
• (REMOTE OUT) - blue cable - Remote output (+ 12V) to switch the amplifier on / off - connect to the Remote input in the amplifier
• "INPUT" (signal inputs - loudspeaker
• White wire (L +) - connect to the loudspeaker output from the radio for the left channel with positive polarity (+)
• Black and white wire (L-) - connect to the speaker output from the radio for the left channel with negative polarity (-)
• Black wire (ground) - ground - connect to ground to minimize noise
• Gray cable (R +) - connect to the speaker output from the radio for the right channel with positive polarity (+)
• Gray-black wire (R-) - connect to the speaker output from the radio for the right channel with negative polarity (-)

Assembly:

• Set the potentiometer knobs to min.
• Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram
• Turn on the radio by giving an external signal to the wires
• Adjust the appropriate signal value with potentiometers
