1. Search for products.

       In the catalogue, all products are distributed to categories. A product you take an interest in can be found in two ways:
            a) using the product tree;
            b) using the search function.

      If the first way is used, clicking the desirable group of products causes showing the list of its subgroups. If the group is not divided into subgroups, the list of products included in the group shall be shown.

      If the second way is used, please, enter the keywords or their fragments to the search window. For example: "loudspeaker" or "loudsp". The search shall be carried out according to the code and denomination of the product.

      If you know the codes of the products you wish to acquire, you may enter the whole list of them to the search window. For example: "B-AC/1000 B-AC12/650". In such a case, the task of locating the products in the virtual cart shall be facilitated.

      If you wish to show the detailed description of product, please, click its denomination. If you need the photo of the product only, click .

      Using the arrow keys and you can sort the products in the list provided in the Catalogue according to the codes, prices or names.

       In the Catalogue, the prices of products are provided in EUR (VAT included). The cost of delivery (if the products are not taken from the trading area) is not included.

2. Putting of products into the shopping cart.

      When you find a desirable product, transfer it to the shopping cart by clicking the mark next to the price of the product. . Enter the desirable quantity of the products in the opened window and them press the button "OK" or the key "Enter". If you wish to update the contents of the cart, press [ Update ].

      The contents of the cart can be editted by pressing "Buy/Update" in the meniu item "Shopping cart". Here you can change the quantity of the products ordered, delete the marked products from the cart, to erase the cart (delete all products from it) and send the order.

3. Sending an order.

      When only the products you wish to buy remain in the shopping cart, please, press the button "Order the products". Then you'll be asked to login. If you are a registered client of our shop, you'll enter your login data, if not - please, register yourselves and then login. Note: be attentive on the registration, because some your data shall be unchangeable in future.

      After login and pressing the botton "Order products", you'll be able to choose the way of taking the products and paying for them as well as providing your comments (we recommend to specify the desirable time of delivery of the products, a necessity of the invoice and so on). Pressing the button "Check up" shall enable you to check up all data once more and to print an example of an invoice for prepayment. If all data are correct, press "Send the order". You'll be able to find your order in any moment later in the segments "For clients" and "History of orders ".

      Attention! Don't transfer the money immediately!

4. Payment and delivery.

      If you choose a payment by bank order, please, wait for the invoice for prepayment by e-mail. It shall come no later than within one business day. In the invoice, the products to be delivered to you and the amounts to be paid shall be specified. Now you can transfer the money.

On transfer the money, the order shall be filled in as follows:

      You can transfer the money using "HANSA-NET", "VB-Internetas" or any other electronic banking system, also from any bank branch.

       On transfer the money, please, specify your full name and the number of the invoice for prepayment received by e-mail.

      The products shall be sent to you or prepared for transfer at the trading area (if you expressed such wish in your order) after reception of the money from you.

      If we do not receive the payment for the products within 3 business days your order shall be annulled.
