FEATURES
This is an intelligentized multiple function counter. It is controlled by an 8-bit micro-controller and with eight-digit LED high bright display. Four measuring functions of frequency, period, totalize and self-check are involved in this counter. Moreover, there is a 10MHz OSC out.
Two kinds of power 110VAC and 220VAC can be supplied to the instrument. User can conveniently select it. The instrument has been designed according to IEC 1010-1 concerning safety requirements. 

Frequency measurements: 

• Channel A: Range 10/100MHz
• Channel B: 100MHz to 1.3GHz
• Accuracy: ±1 count, ±time base error x frequency
• Time base error: Frequency: 8MHz
    Long time stabitity: ±1 x 10-5
    Short time stabitity: ±5 x 10-6

 Period measurements: 

• Range: 0.1s to 0.1µs (10Hz to 10MHz)
